Does starting a fundraiser cost anything?
No. Starting and running a fundraiser is free, with no monthly fee. The platform deducts 8% + R$0.30 from each confirmed donation — the rest goes in full to the campaign.
Do I have to reach the goal to get the money?
No. The goal is a public reference to rally supporters. Everything raised is yours even if the goal is not reached, and you can withdraw while the campaign is still active.
Do I need an account to give?
No. Anyone can give without signing up: pick an amount, pay by card and you are done. You may leave a name and a message of support — or give anonymously.
When does the money become available to withdraw?
Donations are released for withdrawal 14 days after confirmation — the window in which a card charge can still be disputed. Donations flagged by our risk engine are only released after a human review, which can also release them sooner.
How long does a withdrawal take?
A standard withdrawal (R$ 5.00) lands within 3 business days; an urgent one (R$ 9.99) within 1 business day — always via Pix, minimum R$ 10. Withdrawals up to R$ 5,000 from accounts in good standing are approved automatically.
Is an anonymous donation really anonymous?
Publicly, yes: neither the name nor the message is shown. Internally the payer is always identified — a legal anti-money-laundering requirement that also protects campaigns.
I saw a suspicious campaign. What do I do?
Use the report link at the bottom of the campaign page — no account needed. Our team reviews every report and can block the campaign and freeze withdrawals until the investigation ends.
Do I owe tax on what I raise?
Donations may be taxable depending on the beneficiary's country and state and the amount received in the year. The tax obligation is the beneficiary's; talk to an accountant.
Are beta payments real?
Yes. Donations are really charged to the card and processed by Stripe. The platform is still in beta, but the money is real: only give what you mean to give.
