From the first click to money in the bank — simple on the outside, strict on the inside.
1. Start your fundraiser
Starting is free and takes a few minutes: a title, your story, a goal and a cover photo. There is no mandatory deadline and no minimum to receive — everything raised is yours, even if the goal is never reached.
Before going live, every campaign is reviewed by a person on our team. That protects donors and gives your campaign more weight.
2. Share and get paid
Anyone can give in seconds without creating an account: pick an amount, pay by card, done. The donation shows up on the campaign page right away, with a name and a message of support — or anonymously, if the donor prefers.
Sharing is what makes a fundraiser grow — use the WhatsApp button on the campaign page. Most donations come from someone who already gave.
3. Follow your wallet
Every confirmed donation lands in your account's wallet, with a full statement. For safety, every donation is held for 14 days before it can be withdrawn — the window in which a card charge can still be disputed.
Every financial movement is recorded in a double-entry ledger that cannot be edited or erased — your balance is always the exact sum of those entries.
4. Withdraw to your account
Withdraw whenever you like, from R$ 10, to any Pix key — even while the campaign is still running. Withdrawals up to R$ 5,000 from accounts in good standing are approved automatically and paid within one business day.
